Topin.pk is an independent discovery and recommendation platform covering Pakistan, operated from Lahore. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@topin.pk.

Information you give us

We only collect what you actively send us:

• Email — if you contact us by email, we receive your name, email address and message content. We use these solely to read and reply to your enquiry.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested. These typically include the IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. Server logs are used for security, troubleshooting and understanding aggregate traffic patterns — not to build a profile of you.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers for their own marketing. We do not require an account to read anything on this site, and we do not ask for financial information anywhere on Topin.pk.

Analytics and third-party services

Topin.pk does not currently use any third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services. If any are added in the future, they will be listed here with links to their own privacy notices.

How long we keep information

Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and keep a record of any correction request. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes, after which they are automatically deleted.

How information is protected

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to messages sent through the contact form is limited to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email hello@topin.pk and describe what you need. You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights.

Children

Topin.pk is a general-audience publication and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our articles link to brands, institutions, merchants and other third-party sites. Once you follow a link, you are on that site and its privacy policy applies, not ours. We are not responsible for how other sites handle your information.

When this policy changes we update the last-updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the page.
