How Topin.pk is funded, why affiliate links never influence a ranking, and how commercial links are labelled.

The short version

Some links on Topin.pk may earn us a commission if you click through and make a purchase. This never costs you anything extra, and it never affects which entries we include or where they rank.

How we make money

Topin.pk is intended to be supported by a mix of affiliate commissions and clearly labelled advertising. Where an affiliate programme is in place, we earn a small share of a qualifying purchase made after you follow a link from our site. We may also earn from display advertising. We do not accept payment for inclusion in a ranking, for a ranking position, or for a favourable assessment.

Affiliate links do not affect rankings

Our research process is sequential and deliberate: entries are shortlisted, scored and ordered under our ranking methodology before commercial relationships are considered at all. An entry with no affiliate programme can and does outrank one that has a lucrative programme. Whether a partner programme exists is not one of our scoring criteria.

How commercial links are labelled

Where an article contains affiliate links, a disclosure appears on the article itself so you know before you click. Affiliate links carry appropriate link attributes so that search engines can identify them as commercial.

What a commission does not buy

A commercial relationship does not buy any of the following, at any price:

  • Inclusion in, or exclusion from, a ranking.
  • A specific position within a ranking.
  • Approval of, or advance sight of, an article before publication.
  • Removal or softening of a criticism we can support with evidence.

Prices and offers

Prices and offers shown on a partner site are set by that site, not by us, and can change at any time. We do not control merchant pricing, stock, delivery or returns handling. Confirm all details on the merchant's own site before purchasing.

Current affiliate partnerships

Topin.pk does not currently participate in any affiliate programmes. All rankings and recommendations are entirely independent. If affiliate partnerships are added in the future, they will be listed here with full transparency.
